Payments made for booked consultation sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
