List of Countries in North America

When people think of North America, they often picture the United States or Canada but the truth of the matter is that the continent is far more diverse than that. North America is actually  made up of 23 countries in addition to several dependent territories, each with its own culture and travel experiences.

How North America Is Divided

North America is typically divided into three main regions, namely:

1. Northern America (which includes Canada, the United States, Bermuda, and Greenland)
2. Central America (which runs from Mexico all the way to Panama, connecting to South America)
3. The Caribbean (which is made up of island nations and territories all surrounded by the Caribbean Sea)

Northern America

Mexico

Belize
